Description

This one-day leadership training course comprises four essential components. Introduction to leadership provides an overview of the key principles for maximizing team performance and cohesion.

The session on harassment in the workplace makes participants aware of the different forms of harassment and the responsibilities of managers in such situations.

Training on the different generations in the company helps and enables those involved to better understand the particularities and challenges of each group, thus fostering good working relationships.

Finally, the section on managing an employee with addiction problems covers employers' obligations and effective intervention techniques in such cases.

Harassment at work

Workplaces need to be harassment-free, but how can they be if they don't know what harassment really is? These days, more and more cases of harassment are being reported, and we need to ensure that they are dealt with appropriately. Both workers and employers need to be aware of this phenomenon so that they can offer healthy workplaces.

This training course will give you the tools you need to better understand them and work as a team with them.

This training course will shed light on the obligations and rights of employers when faced with this type of situation.

Who is Marie-Pier Rondeau?

Marie-Pier Rondeau has been evolving and specializing in the field of communications for over 15 years, following her bachelor's degree in public communications from Université Laval. Drawing on her professional experience as a communications consultant and coordinator, her knowledge/skills acquired in management (ENAP) and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma certification - green belt), and her professional development over the past few years, as a consultant she supports individuals and organizations in developing their skills and ways of doing things, with regard to communication and well-being in the workplace.
