When you work with the public, you may occasionally have to deal with an aggressive customer. To protect your own health and safety, and that of other workers, you need to know how to prevent things from getting out of hand. Employers are required by law to ensure a violence-free workplace for their workers, so it's important to understand what can be put in place to prevent such events.
